Easiest way is to right click the field and choose &quot;Export Field Contents&quot;. &nbsp;If you want to script it, the same function is also available as a script step, but you can choose the field at the same time, so you don't have to click into it...<br />

Typically container fields hold a file of some sort, whether it is an image file, a movie file or a text document. &nbsp;You can't extract the contents of a container straight into another program, unless (maybe) via ODBC or XML...
