Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Installation issue

I'm installing MS Dynamics CRM 2011 onto a new server that has the following already installed:

Windows 2008 R2 Standard Server (Service Pack 1)
MS SQL 2008 Enterprise
IIS 7 Role activated

The server has been added to our domain.

I'm now in process of installing the MS Dynamics CRM 2011 for Workgroups.  I'm at the end of the installation process where it does the verification (final system checks) before it installs it completely.  The error i'm getting is the following:

Under Section "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server User Input"
"The Kerberos subsystem encountered an error. A service for user protocol
request was made against a domain controller which does not support service for user."

Has anyone ran into this issue and have a solution to it?

I had to make some minor tweaks to the above posted solution but it gave me about 75% of what I needed to know.  Thanks
