Thanks for your response.
Yes. This is exactly what I want
I assume that you want to host your external emails on the internal exchange

However, I do have some queries before I put on my plan. Currently, some of our client users are using Microsoft Outlook configured with exchange account and external account. Whenever they have to send an e-mail they do make selection. After hosting external e-mail on exchange server. How would be the case ?

Thanks for your help

IT will be one single mailbox. Both the internal and external emails will be the same. YOu can decide which address to show when you send out emails. If you absolutely want to keep the internal and external separate, you can do that also, but i don't see why.

Will the employees be able to see the external e-mail in their OWA ?

It is doable, but takes some twists in order to make it work. It might be easier for me if you tell mw aht you wanna do exactly.

My major requirement is that our staff can send/recieve the internal and external e-mail from OWA and Oulook.
