Copying cell contents into a blank rows

Dear Experts:

I got a list of data records with blank rows in between at irregular intervals

For some specific reason I would like a macro to perform the following tasks:

As soon as the macro hits a blank row in the used range (A1:E138)
it will go up one row and copy the entries in Column A, B and C into the blank row located below.

The macro is to loop until it reaches the end of the used range (A1:E138)

I have attached a sample file for your convenience with a detailed descriptions.

Help is much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Regards, Andreas
