ssh client that lets me see all results
ssh into linux client for windows where I can see all the results of a command
putty only shows about 30 lines

Another option is piping the output through a paging program like "more" or "less":
command_giving_much_output
| more
Use the spacebar to page, use the <Enter> key to scroll 1 line.
Try "man more" or "man less" to learn about options and subcommands.

Finally, if you're indeed willing to try a different terminal emulator other than PuTTY,
consider TeraTerm (free):
