I have a nice, clear photo of this object. &nbsp;It is about 3000x2000 pixels. &nbsp;Is there a way to reduce it to 30x20? &nbsp; I have the entire Adobe professional CS5 suite.

I have a nice, clear photo of this object.  It is about 3000x2000 pixels.  Is there a way to reduce it to 30x20?   I have the entire Adobe professional CS5 suite.

Need to reduced the size of a PNG photo to 30x20 pixels
