1. Does it possible to convert any VMDK file (contains Windows XP) to HDD and get it bootable and working properly?
2. If VMDK file (in item 1) belongs to another PC from remote location with different hardware, is it possible to get that file working normally on my current PC, for example inside the Oracle Virual Box application?
