Cert error for outlook client

Hi I am facing this outlook error when my users launch outlook, for some reason not all of them but still.

I am guessing it is an IIS issue as I was told. The cert is for mail.trident.com.au, the mail server configured in outlook is TCS-MAIL-01. Can someone give me some insight?

Yup already did that and the bindings are good. Anyone else any suggestions?

On the machine of one of the users taht doesn't work you might look at the Certs loaded on their local machine to see if an old one is lurking there.
Also can you give any more info on users it works for and users is doesn't?

Hi guys

It would appear that it was an IIS issue when users were using RPC/HTTPS setting.

So one of my engineers chaanged the x500 setting or something and it works. No more error. Apparently he didnt define the cert correctly in IIS for one of the directories. Thanks for all the input. I will close this case now. I will distribute the points accordingly.
