how can i move Xen VM from 1 SR to other SR, they are in same pool.

That's a copy, if you simply want to move the VM (essentially just moving it's .vhd file) you can shutdown the VM, then go to the SR that houses the .vhd you want to move and use the Move option and select the new SR. Then go to the VM in questions and check that it's storage tab properly shows it's .vhd file and the location as the new SR.
