Conditional copying VBA

Dear Experts:

For the selected range (contiguous range) I would like to perfrom the follwing actions:
Example contiguous range D7:D300

... Select only those cells that have a grey fill (RGB 222, 222, 222), so the intial contiguous selection is converted into a noncontiguous selection
... If the cell directly above the selected grey cell hase an entry, this entry is to be copied down into the grey cell, if there is no entry do nothing
...loop, i.e. the macro is to check all grey cells for this requirement.

I have attached a sample file for your convenience.

Thank you very much in advance.

Regards, Andreas
