How can I change a Registry folder using a batch file?

I would like to create a batch file that changes a folder within the registry when click.

I would like to change

"\HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\MUI UILanguage\eu-us"
to:
""\HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\MUI UILanguage\eu-us1".

How can do this?  Thank you
