Hello!

Have you tested the front ports and the back ports? Non of them work? If yes then it might have ruined the USB system on your computers motherboard.

Check the contacts of the torn out port. It is likely that they are now hanging in the air and contacting each other or the case, and that could either damage the complete USB chip or at least keep the other ports from running while they are shorting. Make sure those contacts are isolated and then try using USB again.

If that doesn't help you could open the case and check if there are further USB headers on the Mainboard. If there are some that aren't used, or if one for example is used by a card-reader, and that reader is still functioning, connect your front USB ports to that header and try again. Many mainboards have more than one USB chip which go to other headers, so using an alternative like that might get you at least some USB functionality back.

If that doesn't help either then the earlier Comments on getting a PCI or PCE-Express USB card would be your option.
Go to BIOS and disable the on-board USB ports, Get a PCI or PCI-e USB Card.
