Conditional subtotal formua

When filtered on A, count only "Top 80" visible.

Formula must be in cell E11, lists start at A13, B13, C13, D13, E13

i am not understanding your quest....please elaborate or attach a sample
If the word "Top 80" is on column D, for instance, use the SUBTOTAL function to count only the visible results of this column, like this:

=SUBTOTAL(3;D14:D100)

You can try:

=SUBTOTAL(103;E13:E100)

where E100 is the last row
