If she has the folder open to that share folder and presses F5, does the new file appear? If so, she has permission limitations to that folder.

Thanks but this user has tried refreshing the screen. &nbsp;I just spoke with her again and she stated that after about an hour the file will appear without rebooting.

Are you running DFS? Offline Files ?<br />
Could be waiting for the next sync to happen to bring in newly added/removed files?

We &nbsp;have a user who has to retrieve files from a network share. After the vendor places the file in the share she cant see the file unless she reboots her pc. I have had her try from another pc and there was no problem. Other people that access the same share do not have this problem.
