I want to put my own html doc "signature" as the default for my Outlook email messages. I tried to copy to c/program files/common files/microsoft shared/stationary, get a message "you'll need to provide administrator permission to copy to this folder". I then select "continue" and it copies it. When I go into outlook to set the stationary, the file is not shown. All the other themes that came with the program does appear. I am the only one who uses this computer. I transferred my pst files from an older computer, don't know if that has to do with anything. Please help.
