Outlook 2010 stationary

I want to put my own html doc "signature" as the default for my Outlook email messages.  I tried to copy to c/program files/common files/microsoft shared/stationary, get a message "you'll need to provide administrator permission to copy to this folder".  I then select "continue" and it copies it.  When I go into outlook to set the stationary, the file is not shown.  All the other themes that came with the program does appear.  I am the only one who uses this computer.  I transferred my pst files from an older computer, don't know if that has to do with anything.  Please help.

Well, you solved that quickly.  I thought when I installed Office 2010, it automatically installed appropriate to the operating system.   Do I need to get a different version of Office?

Do I need to get a different version of Office?

If this is Office 2010 32-bit, then I don't think you need to get a different version.
