Maintaing files on two servers and keeping them synchronised

I have a number of Word templates on Server A in office A that are also used in office B.

Is there a way using Windows Server 2008 I can have a set up that they also appear on Server B in office B. If office B makes changes, then they are copies across to office A etc.

I thought there was a feature in Windows 2008 - but I cannot find it

I had the same situation a few days ago.
Here is what I do to sync all my files and have them backed up at the same time.

After trying a few other systems.  I decided on Google Drive.

Benefits:
Free 5gb.
You can share with anyone.
And the folder syncs with you computer.
ANd more.

I installed the Google Drive program on Windows 2008 server. That will act as the main
file holder,
Then I added the files I wanted to sync. Google uploaded them to my Google Drive.

A similar solution to Google Drive would be Dropbox.

It also seems that Dropbox can be run as a service on your server, although I have not tried it myself ->How To Configure Dropbox as a Service

A few questions on DFS which I have been looking at:-

a,. What is the "staging folder"?

b. Can I use a DFS name / share as a "home folder" for a user in the Windows interface.

Thanks for the Dropbox and Google suggestions - I am looking at these alternatives as well.
a. To quote from the Staging folders and Conflict and Deleted folders:

DFS Replication uses staging folders to act as caches for new and changed files to be replicated from sending members to receiving members.

b.You could use DFS for "home folder" but you must take care if you want to use "folder redirection" - for more details see the DFS and Folder Redirection section from the Folder Redirection article.
