Lookup and Replace

In part of my VBA project I would like to add the abiltiy to search and replace values in column B of my worksheet called 'data'.

What I would like it to do is search column B and if the value of the cell is 0 I would like to replace that with the string 'No'. If however the value in the cell is 100 I would like it to be replaced with 'Yes'.

Could someone point me in the right direction please?
