Excel unable to open PDF hyperlink

Hi need urgent help
We have one terminal server windows 2008 R2 have around 6-7 users.
installed Microsoft office 2007 on it
Problem is when we any user try to create hyperlink in excel and redirect to pdf file but when clicking on the hyperlink it gives error "No Program is register to open this file."
However when we open the pdf file without hyperlink the pdf file opens fine in adobe reader 10.0 have tried to re install adobe reader but still facing the same issue.

Can some one help on the above matter to fix the issue

Thanks in advance

Did you install Adobe Reader on your terminal server as well? If not then your clients probably have. That's why opening on the server is not working and is on the clients.

Adobe Reader is installed on it and have also re-install on the server but no luck
Sounds like a permission problem. Can admin or account that installed acrobat click and open excel hyperlinks? (PDF ones)

Administrator can run but found out the way by running processes view list program to get the registry and it was found that some of the registry key where missing from the users so export from administrator account and imported to the user account now all working.

Thanks for the comments
