IISPassword PROBLEM

I have loaded new s/w onto the server for one of my websites.  it has the licence codes in the root directory and in the admin directory.
But I cannot bring up the site because this message displays.
Can you tell me what to do please.

IIS 6 / Windows 2003
    64bit versions of the above Operating Systems are now supported.

Hi,

Did you set authenitcation level ?

like anonymous authentication or widows authentication/ Integrated authentication.

if you have iis 7.5 then find authentication in iis feathres view.

thanks for your input.   i discovered that the error was being caused by a glitch on the IP's password server.  it is now fixed.
