Loop 5 latest posts from Author using custom field in wordpress

Hi,

I am creating a meet the team template, with the aid of the Advanced Custom Fields plugin in Wordpress.  

Each user/team member will be an author of some posts. What i would like to do is have a custom field which is author_id   you enter the user id of this user in the custom field,  and it will then display the latest 5 posts from that particular author.

I have the HTML of how i would like it to be displayed
