its a new thing in v5 data store heartbeat you need in v5 redundancy on the management nics and at least two data stores if you dont want to suppress the warning
ASKER
I don't want to suppress the warning.
I already have one shared datastore.
do i need one more shared data store between these nodes.

I have created another network and enabled management network traffic.
i did on both servers. What do i need to do in order to let the system know that i did configure this redundancy.
error still shows.

i did right click on the host and selected "reconfigure for vSphere HA" and one configuration error is gone.
i left with one.
"The number of heartbeat datastores for hosts is 1, which is less than required: 2"

go to the cluster properties and there is a item for datastore heart beat you have to select both data stores

Add another datastore or see my EE Article to Supress the Warning, nothing is wrong with HA, its a Warning.

I did turn on the DRS and set to aggressive but i don't see the VMs are balanced between two nodes.
i was expecting a vmotion to happen from one host to another host.
