i get commend not found when i run #startx in RHEL 6.0

I am trying to run startx , i am getting

root [~]# startx
-bash: startx: command not found

how do i install and run startx ?  have just installed cpanel and i want to configure it thats why i want to run startx.

system-config-display --reconfig

i can install vnc i guess...

I wouldn't know what you would need VNC for. VNC is something you can use to connect from a remote PC to a system running X.

If you are already connected remotely via SSH, then X is probably already running on the Server and you can't start it again. If you are running CPanel on the server then you would connect to that from your remote PC using a web-browser and the ip of the server with the port CPanel uses. Then you don't even have to run X.
