AD windows 2008
I have a one project under windows 2008 server Active Directory.
I need to create one USER and that user should have half administrator minimum rights (NOT LIKE ADMINISTRATOR).
User can
1.domain User manage.
2.That user can install a programs under client local machine.
Because my domain user call me every time to give install permission.
can someone help me?
