COUNTIFS doesn't count numbers excel

hy,
why COUNTIFS formula doesn't count numbers criteria in ranges
example:

=COUNTIFS(A1:A3,5,D1:D3,1,F1:F3,2) = 2 ( it should be 8 )

A D F
5            4            2
5            1            2
5            1            2
