Exchange Email Browse

I need to query our exchange server for any emails that have a keyword in them for one year.  I know how to do that with the message tracking/mail flow but the next question is I need to be able to retrieve that email in full.

Does anyone know of anyway to view emails in our database and run queries on it?  This would also include PST files that we archived.

Use ediscovery if you have Exchange 2010

PST, you need to attach to outlook and search it manually.
