Windows Server 2008 keeps crashing again

Can anyone tell me what this error WER might mean?  The server become unresponsive when idle.  Destination host unreachable  and  no RDP.  Upon going to console and windows is up.  No BSOD.  Only found this error message.
HW is all good and latest firmware and drivers installed.
Please advice.

Just disable Windows Error Reporting.

check the Dump folder to see if any error dump file is created, and debug the file to see what is the error

" Upon going to console and windows is up."
