New Hosting Company for Website & Email Needed
Our office needs a new hosting company for our small website and email system. Our current host has been giving us email delay problems. I'm looking for a shared hosting solution because that is what we use now, and it works great except for this email delay. We currently pay $70/mo. for two domains with a combined 35 GB disk space, 160 GB monthly data transfer, and a maximum of 575 email accounts although we only use 34.
The Internet is so polluted with biased reviews and rankings of web hosts. What source will provide me with unbiased reviews of web hosts? I assume there are IT industry magazines I can find this in. Is there a database where I can search these?

Thank you padas for the suggestions.
We are actually only using 3.5 GB of disk space right now, and 2 GB of that is email, even though we have 35 GB available.
I want to stay away from could services and VPS at the moment because I don't have the time to set it up (you mentioned having to buy email software) among other reasons.
Hostgator was looking good to me for a while, but then I read that they were bought out by EIG. Perhaps you can suggest a good unbiased resource that has recently published reviews of hosting companies?

I'm still looking for more suggestions and am mainly concerned with email hosting. Does anyone have experience with a host that provides a good SMTP server that delivers mail on time?
