Change sample code to show percent instead of whole number

VB.net & Sql Server 2005 - databound textboxes:

 In the code below: can someone change this code so TextBoxOverheadPercent is a % instead of a whole number? example (.35) instead of (1.00)

TextBoxOHAmount.Text = (TextBoxOverheadPercent.Text) * (TotalTextBox.Text)

TextBoxOverheadPercent: data type is decimal(18, 0)
Others: data type is Int.

Thanks!
