Lookup Manager of a User - SharePoint designer 2010 workflow

Dears,

I have configured and synchronized SharePoint user profile with Active directory.  Now I can see all active directory users in my SharePoint

My target is  to create a workflow to get the current logged user's manager email address and send him an email.  I made the work flow by using Lookup Manager of a User to get current logged user manager email.

When the workflow runs I got an error: Workflow failed to get user profile for user: testuser@domain.com

I checked through the SharePoint central administration (under Central Administration -->  Manage Profile Service --> User Profile Service Applications)  about this user profile details and I found his manager email exist.

So please suggest me where is the wrong I have.

Hi,
could you perhaps attach a screenshot of your workflow?

Did the error (testuser@domain.com) refer to the user where you want to lookup the manager or is this user the manager?

Thanks

As you requested, pls see the attachment.

testuser@domain.com is a normal user.
testmanager@domain.com is the manager of the above user.
