Hello,

Are you looking to create a new Global Address List, or just an Address List? You would generally only create multiplel GALs if you wanted to have some recipients from a group os users. If you just want to organize a group of recipients but you want everyone to have access to them, you would create a new address list.

As for the CSV file you have of addresses, are those internal address or external addresses? If they are external, you would need to create contacts for each one. Address lists are built with queries, so each object would need to have an attribute that is common to this group of objects but unique to the group as a whole (Company name for example).

Thank JJ,
I think a new address list will do, (just need it shown on all users outlook)

The CSV is external address of same company but different domain (no trust setup).

What is in the Location field? I see you have a seprate PhysicalDeliveryOfficeName field, so i assume it isn't the Office name. Is it a city?

Location is the city name London

PhysicalDeliveryOfficeName is which room they are in.

Nearly got it, I changed the OrganizationalUnit to my OU name and got
Multiple organizational units match identity

You need to full path. For example, if your domain is company.com and the OU is at the root and called Contacts, you would put "company.com/Contacts"
