Sluggish keyboard input through HYPER-V Manager to SBS2011 VM

Im not sure what happend but suddenly the keyboard input to ones specific VM is sluggish.  Im using Hyper-V Manager to remotely access the VM and the VM has SBS2011 installed with latest updates.  I have an identical VM running on the same Hardware that does not have this issue.  I have no idea what superceded this as it was working fine a few days ago.

For example, I begin typing and the characters don't show up on the screen right away and sometimes not until I start swirling my mouse around.  Its like a screen refreshing issue almost!?  Any ideas??

No not yet.  I have rebooted the the VM though.  I was going to completely shut down the VM here and then start it back up cold.  I don't want to reboot the bare metal just yet if I can help it.   Wondering why I would be having issues w/ only one of the VM's ?

Belushis comments were welcome but in the end I didnt have to reboot the host, just shut down the VM completely instead of simply rebooting it.
