Windows Trojans now no desktop or start menu programs

Hello,

I have a workstation computer with nod32 anti-virus deleting and quarantining two Trojans.

Upon reboot everything from the desktop and start menu is missing.  Please help!

Trojan 1:
alMYDcntFAxlfok.exe       Win32/TrojanDownloader.Prodatect.BL trojan

Trojan 2:
Win32/Kryptik.AIBZ trojan

Download and burn Kaspersky Rescue CD to a disk (Download the ISO).

Boot that disk and press any key to go to the menu. Choose your language and accept the agreement. Choose the graphical mode.

When it starts up go to the "start menu" and click terminal. Type "windowsunlocker" (no quotes) in the terminal to start the process. Type the number corresponding with "Unlock Windows" and press Enter.

Restart and all of your icons and your start menu will be back!
