But I think you need you build this on your own on the most of the apps. There are some packages found in NuGet but I don't know if it incl udes to read your contacts.
On facebook you need to create an app inside facebook on http://developers.facebook.com
This will allow you to create calls when a user allows you to read its contacts i think
Search for the api's that are available from the apps you want to add.
