using winxp sp1 on HP ML110G4 1.8

i 've got an HP ML110 G4 PROLIANT on which i installed WIN XP SP1 OS. it works properly ecxept the ethernet port i have no LAN. any idea?

HP offers drivers for serer 2003 OS, will these drivers fit winxp OS ?

i made it my server works using winxp
