User Monitoring

Last Modified: 2012-07-17
I am interested in software that I can install that will record what a user does on their PC. Specifically I would like to possibly capture the actual screen actions (like Cam Studio) and also the keystrokes.

What I've seen captures screens shots and keystokes but not the movement of the windows etc. I'm not sure if that's possible, or what the overhead will be running something like that for a whole day.

If I can't capture the actual movements of the cursor and/or windows, then I guess screen shots will work, but I need to capture keystrokes more importantly.

Any ideas?
