Can't do mail migration from Exchange 2007 to Office365

I am trying to migrate 75 users mailboxes from Exchange2007 on premise to Office365. Their email accounts are setup in Office365 already. I have not however migrated any email from their on premise mailboxes to their cloud mailbox. I am trying to use Microsoft's Migration tool, but am failing the connectivity test with the following

Testing HTTP Authentication Methods for URL https://webmail.newbridge-college.ie/rpc/rpcproxy.dll?mail07.newbridge-college.ie:6002.
       The HTTP authentication test failed.

      Additional Details
A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 404 - NotFound response was received from IIS6.

I have attached screenshot. OWA is working fine. Any ideaserr

yes, its failing because you dont have a public certificate authority running from like a godaddy or a digicert.  Micrososft tool requires that you use a public CA so there datacenter can connect to your server.  Also you dont need to create the mailboxes in 365 first if youre using the MS tool, it moves everything.  If you dont want to purchse a public CA then you could use a third party tool which is way better for these migrations called migrationwiz.com

wThe new mailboxes are live on the cloud. Can i link on-premise mailbox to existing mailbox using email address or something similar? In addition... I do have a CA cert to the best of my knowledge. See attached file

no you cant link them, you need to migrate the email from the premise based mailbox to the cloud mailbox.  and yes you do have a public CA by thawte. But if you are using the MS migration tool you need to delete the mailboxes you created in the cloud because the MS tool will move everything from the premise based server.  When you try to connect the migration tool to your premise based exchange 2007 server whats the error youre getting?

I can see OWA is up but its saying that RPC over Http is failing, do you have people connecting this way successfully?  With Outlook over the internet?
I started with Experts Exchange in 2004 and it's been a mainstay of my professional computing life since. It helped me launch a career as a programmer / Oracle data analyst
