how can I set HTTPOnly for cookies in Classic ASP?

i search the net and i found this solution
Setting HTTPONLY for Classic Asp Session Cookie

but i can not understand it, where to write this line
Response.AddHeader "Set-Cookie", "CookieName=CookieValue; path=/; HttpOnly" 
and what is [CookieName] from where i can get the cookie name?
can you help me please
