I have now got the incoming emails to work, and tried to create a workflow so that the email wil trigger a task for another list.<br />

In Sharepoint designer, it is only 1 step.<br />
<br />
Create item in HelpDesk List (output to Variable:create)<br />
<br />
This work flow works when i upload a docuemtn manully, but not when it auto inserts the email via incoming emails.<br />

Hi everyone.

Can anyone help me with the above problem.
