Simple Question: Start Speech Recognition command for SAPI 5.4
Hi guys
I have very simple question. I am using Brian Long's delphi and sapi 5.4 example program.
But eventhough program starts the speechrocognition thing (pictured below) it starts from off position. How can I "on" it with code
