When I boot up via Safe Mode, it would pause for almost 6-7 minutes<br />
while reading mup.sys file below. &nbsp;I renamed this file to disable_mup.sys<br />
but it recreated this file again.<br />

What is this driver file used for or is it a virus? &nbsp;Any harm to permanently<br />
delete/disable it?<br />
