iPhone 4s calendar issues using moblieiron

Hello, I'm a 2nd level support tech, and we have a user who is an executive who is having issues with the calendar on her iPhone 4s. I found a previous question that summarizes the issue perfectly:

We have one iPhone user (iOS 5.0.1) who's calendar wont sync correctly.  Some of her appointments show up (10%-15%) but most don't.  Some will show up for a few minutes then disappear.  It doesnt seem to matter if you add calendar appointments through Outlook (2007) or on the phone, you get the same result, appointments disappear or don't show up at all.  This users contacts and email sync without issue in real time.

THis user has 2 laptops, a blackberry, an iPad, and an iPhone 4s. The calendar is working just fine on the ipad. I did read the solution of the other question, but it was not very detailed. I don't control the users exchange account, I would have to have another team do that, so I would need a little more detail on how to fix this issue. Any info would be appricieated.

Does the user's iPad has mobileiron? Since, the ipad does not have an issue and it is only with iphone, I dont think it has got anything to do with Exchange, however you can remove the user's Exchange account from iphone. Ask admin to remove iphone device association in Exchange and try reconfiguring it.

The iPad does use Mobileiron as well, and she has no issues with it. I agree is sounds like an account thing. I'll try to speak to the exchange team again. I did speak to them once, and they did change something on their end to no avial
I think with a little help from your Exchange admin, you can get this one fixed.

We've discovered its not the device. I set it up with my mobileiron account and my calendar works just fine. the exchange team has not really done anything with her account. do we have any more ideas on what we could do on the exchange side to fix this. I did try running the outlook command line switches /cleanfreebusy, and cleanreminders against her account, and then re activating the device for her and the behavior continues.
hi, as mentioned earlier, have the exchange team removed device association in Exchange Management Console for the user (only for iphone)? if not, please try that.
