That guide dosn't work. how can I copy my music and video to the library.

The itune always ask if I want the library in the local computer to overwrite my iphone's itune library ! I can't upload my music and video to my local computer first!

what to solve this ? any way to remove the current connection relationship ?

    Using a computer with iTunes:
    - Sync your iPhone with iTunes—this will also make a backup
    - If you've already used your iPad, on there go to Settings > General > Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings
    - Connect your iPad to your computer and follow the steps in iTunes to restore from the iPhone backup

If you are using the same apple id and have latest iOS software / versions, you can have your data available to on all apple dives via iCloud.

Whatever you do, don't do what liorkr suggested.  When you sync your iPhone with iTunes, all the music on the iPhone will be wiped out, and replaced with the (empty) library in iTunes.

You cannot use iTunes to copy music from the iPhone to the PC, but there are many third party software packages to do this.  For free, try http://www.getsharepod.com

Right, once you have the music in your iTunes library on your PC, and actually stored on your PC, you can sync with your other devices all you want.  You just need to make sure to maintain the copies of the music on your PC.

I cannot tell from your description what you did.  Perhaps not using words like "transfer", but rather saying exactly what you did.  Replaced with "?" where?  In iTunes?  On the iPad?

Good, Any hardware key combination serve the same thing ? I want to do a soft and a hard erase !

The procedure I described will do a complete erase of all your data.

one more thing:

Are you connecting the iPad direct to a USB port on the pc, or to a USB hub?   If directly to a USB port, perhaps the ports are underpowered. Is this a laptop?  

I don't understand your second question.  First you say you can see the storage on the iPad, then you say you can't.   Spend more time and write your questions more clearly, to help the people who are trying to help you.

I tried both, the ipad will say it is not charging but keep sync.

Ignore the second one, I know why .

Try a different USB port and/or different PC?
