E0015 Job 865: Rotation BackUp Operation Failed

Dear SME,

This is being reported on some of my backup devices.  I am using ARCserve 9.0 on Netware 6.0 and tape device is DAT 72x and/or DAT 320... I understand they are EOL... But, they are still be used...  The plan is to change out next year to LTO 05...

But, need to troubleshoot the error now...  If you can provide some troubleshooting tips / steps to take.  It would be great...

Thanks

Same answer as previous question.  The drives are finally out of alignment or the drives have failed.  Try replacement units.

HI Rick,

Understand this is a easy answer to say "Replace Unit"  but i have to do some troubleshooting on the devices before going that way...  We are talking about 10 different devices... I can't justified replacement without showing some kind of troubleshooting efforts...

Thanks
All 10 are giving the same errors?  How old is your media?
