ACT 2011 Licensing Question

Hello,

My company currently is using Sage ACT! 2011 on a variety of computers.  We had a new employee start and they want to load ACT! on his machine.  However, we don't have any more licenses available and they now are out with a new version.

Does anyone know how you can get 2011 on his machine...  Does a 2012 key work with 2011 or anything?

It's actually 2010 I needed, so it is even worse, haha.  I guess when my company decided to start using a product, they should think of buying software maintenance with it to keep up.
Have you tried contacting a ACT! software vendor to see if you can source more licenses for 2010? You can get 2011 if you already have licenses (Last time I checked) so it might be work asking to see if you can get more for 2010.
