How to configure fail-over cluster nodes in Windows 2008?

I want to integrate File server/SQL server in my cluster network. Please let me know how to configure fail-over for cluster nodes with this configuration.

Build the cluster with SQL first and then do the relevant steps in the second document for the file shares.
