How to look for the right GPO?

Hi Experts,

I have about 200 GPOs on my server 2008. There is one GPO which is setup by my co-worker to create a URL shortcut on user's desktops but I can't find the right GPO for it. I was wondering if there are any ways/tools which can help me to look for the right GPO for it?

    Or you can enable GPMSC which will give you a quick view of the GPO's and thier settings:

    You can also download the GP references/spreadsheets from Microsoft and search through them
    Group Policy Settings Reference for Windows and Windows Server
