HELP!!! User already logged into SharePoint error message

Hi, I have a user that accesses Sharepoint on our site that recently changed her domain password a couple days ago, but now when she tries to access SharePoint site she receives an error message that states "user already logged in".

She has restarted her Windows 7 system and it still does it.  She has tried it on someone elses computer and it still does it.  However, she was able to get in on one other person's computer.

Can anyone elaborate on this?  What is causing this?  How do I resolve it?

This isn't the first time this has happened either.  Just not sure where to look to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks.  Figured it out.  OE problem.  User didn't have permissions to the area they were trying to browse to on the SP site.  I guess I really need to stop assuming the user knows what they are referring to.

However, I believe it is a caching issue for others, as I have run into this issue once or twice before last year.  If they tried another system it worked correctly.

Thanks again.

Ive not heard of this before. You use windows authentication - no prompting for username and password I take it?
Is this just a normal SPsite or is there some application logic built in?

As a test, can the user go to another machine and get the owner of that machine to open SP. once open click that users name at the top right of the page and select log on as different user. Get your affected user to enter their credentials. What happens?
If no problem then there may be a strange problem with their browser cache or windows profile
