Disable Cookies using GPO for IE8

I can't seem to find where I can disable cookies for IE8 using a computer configuration group policy.

when I do a find for cookies it only comes up with one hit, "prevent deleting cookies".  I need to turn cookies completely off.

I am using 2008.
