Bulk change setting for MS Outlook to Google Apps.
I am going to change our email server to Google Apps,
Username and password still be same, but I have to change Incomming and Out Going Address and port for a lot of people, they are using MS Outlook.
How can I do that?

Group Policies for Outlook are mostly for exchange server, nevertheless newer versions use autodiscover.
At least as I remember, Outlook 2003 stores the SMTP / POP3 settings in binary format in the registry, for 2007 and 2010 not sure.
If they are stored in the registry, you can just overwrite them by a group policy, which changes the settings to the right values.
But I can check this first at the end of the week.
