Strange.
Some emails I get do not appear in my Outlook 2010 Inbox (or anywhere from what I see) BUT they come to my iPhone and iPad. They are the ones sent by an Apple device/mac.

Now I notice the same for email notifications for signups i get from AWeber.com .

What's happening here?

Sony VAIO Windows 7 64-bit. Outlook 2010. My mail is at Hover.com

Thanks.

Is you mailbox on Hosting or you have a In-house solution ?

Did you try re-creating your Outlook profile ?
What do you see from OWA ?
If the Inbox sync it should show in Inbox :(

Thanks Rancy.
Mailbox is hosted by Hover.com
OWA? My Outlook is on my stand alone pc.
Not showing in Inbox (but showing on iPhone/iPad and on the web interface of Hover.com). Yes it gets other emails ok.

OWA means Outlook Web Access ..... a way you can access your mailbox using IE or any other browser (Its somewhat a live connection).

So as you say possibly looks like Outlook is updateing details a bit slow :)
Try to upgrade it or see if a new profile would help.

Updating (Send/Receive) gets all my emails, except the ones from AWeber.com and some others where the common denominator is they are sent from an Apple device.

I'm thinking it's an Apple quirk?
I shall ask AWeber also ...

If its with some common emails possible that the application or something is causing it.

It's coming through now!!!!
The only thing different that's happened is, Hover.com put my email service on 'stop' (I forgot to renew my annual subscription before the weekend. My fault). Now it's back on and .... the emails are coming through.

So, solved. But I'll never know what it was ... !
